Hello!

I am Stephanie, a Reiki Master and owner of Soul Water Reiki located inside Trends Salon. I’ve been practicing since early 2022 and am so excited to now bring Reiki to you, here at Trends! 

 

 With over 22 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve received extensive training on privacy, compassion, diversity, inclusion, and safety.  Like so many, working through a pandemic brought a lot of emotional heaviness into my life and experiencing deep grief, I found myself in a dark place. That’s when I discovered Reiki. Reiki completely transformed my life. I found my light again, and it opened my eyes to how I can help others in a much deeper way. 

 

Outside of my Reiki practice, I love spending time with my family, laughing until it hurts, and embracing all the silly, weird moments life brings. I’m a proud mom, music lover, and a kayak beginner. I find peace near the water and joy in everyday connections. These pieces of who I am fill my cup, so I can keep showing up intentionally, with care, and light for the people around me  

 

During a Reiki session, you’ll enter a calm and safe space, where you can lie back and get comfy and let go of the daily stresses. I’ll gentle place my hands either lightly on or above your body and help move out stagnant energy and restore your natural energetic flow. As your body shift out of “fight or flight” mode, it can begin to focus on rest, clarity, creativity, and healing yourself. 

 

Reiki is supportive for anyone open to receiving it! Especially helpful for those experiencing stress, burnout, side effects from treatments, grief, anxiety, depression and so much more. Reiki is not a replacement for medical care but can be very complementary to your over all wellness needs.
